Dining Experience
The Food and Beverage operation at Waves Hotel has an existing opportunity to create and offer a variety of superior dining experiences for the Hotel’s local and international customer. It is our aim to thoroughly exceed every guest expectation. We make sure to offer family style, Buffet style and a la cart that as well as fine multi-course dinner, flexible hours of operation. The restaurants and lounges have been designed to ensure maximum exposure to the sea view and it is uniquely located in different levels from the lobby to outdoor. The Executive Chef will influence the style of cuisine through theme nights and will craft the Waves Hotel restaurant menu with special attention to artisanal bread, premium seafood, authentic spices, and fresh fruit and vegetable juices.Our primary objective is to offer the very finest quality of food and service for excellent overall value and to be on top of the list when it comes to dining choice.
